Yin Yoga & Breathing Meditation
In a fast world, softness is a ritual.
Gentle Ritual is a weekly Yin Yoga and Breathing Meditation session, guided seasonally to:
release physical tension
calm the nervous system
reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythm
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to prepare anything — except your presence.
This is a space for slow breathing, deep sensing, and letting the body unfold, naturally and kindly.
