  • The ritual takes no longer than 2 minutes.

    However, to get familiar with the technique, make sure you have between 10-15min a day to listen to the tutorial and/or read our guidelines.

  • For now the challenge is in English.

    However, if you require clarification Abi is available to support you anytime via the group chat on WhatsApp.

  • Yes you can!

    Abi will support you through the 21 Day challenge, answer questions, and support you all along.

  • Nothing is necessary a part of your time and dedication.

    You may get inspired to add some of Abi’s extra rituals to your own practice as you follow the challenge. It’s non compulsory.

  • After sign up, receive a confirmation email. You will receive access to the group chat one day before the confirmed launch date. From day 1 - 21 you will receive an email / day to follow the challenge.
